Freight, Pickup and Sales Terms

Cliffhouse Buildings operates ExcavatorPin and is the parent product source for inventory, pricing and product information. Product availability and freight-sensitive orders may require confirmation before fulfillment.

Shipping and freight

• Excavator pins may use calculated ground shipping or local pickup when those choices are shown at checkout.
• Large equipment, attachments, tanks, bridges, ramps and other oversized products may require LTL or dedicated freight.
• Delivery access, unloading equipment, residential or limited-access service, liftgate needs and carrier availability must be confirmed when applicable.
• Delivery dates are estimates until the carrier accepts and schedules the shipment.

Local pickup

Pickup is available only when offered at checkout or confirmed in writing. Confirm product availability, pickup location, timing and loading requirements before traveling.

Fitment and measurements

Customers are responsible for confirming machine model, pin diameter, overall length, bushing inside diameter, ear width, retaining style, carrier class, hydraulic requirements and other compatibility details before ordering. Request fitment help if any measurement is uncertain.

Returns and warranty

The Returns, Refunds and Warranty Support policy is part of these terms. TMG Industrial products and non-TMG products have different return eligibility, so verify the brand shown on the product page before ordering.
