Returns, Refunds and Warranty Support

This policy applies to purchases made from ExcavatorPin.com. Contact us before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

TMG Industrial products

Products clearly identified as TMG Industrial on the product page may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions below.

The product must be unused, unopened, unassembled and in its original factory-sealed packaging with all parts, manuals and documentation.
Opened, assembled, installed or used products are not eligible for return. A manufacturer warranty process may apply instead.
You must obtain return authorization and shipping instructions from ExcavatorPin before shipping.
The customer is responsible for original outbound shipping and return shipping. If return shipping is arranged for you, that cost may be deducted from the refund.
A 30% restocking fee and any applicable handling charges may be deducted.
Special-order products and nonrefundable service, shipping or accessorial charges are not eligible for refund.
After the approved return is received and inspected, any eligible refund is normally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

All other products

Products not identified as TMG Industrial are final sale and are not returnable. This does not limit support for an item that arrives damaged, is materially defective, is not the item ordered, or is covered by an applicable manufacturer warranty or non-waivable legal right.

Damage, shortages and incorrect items

Inspect the shipment promptly. Keep all packaging and send your order number, product SKU, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue to info@excavatorpin.com. For freight deliveries, note visible damage on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment when possible.
